Initial Cleans must be completed before starting any Weekly or Bi-Weekly services. Initial cleans are PAID BY TIME, and a $35 deposit is required prior to any service.

Weekly ~ Starting at $25 per visit *includes 1 dog, up to 1/8 (0.125) acre
Bi-Weekly ~ Starting at $40 per visit *includes 1 dog, up to 1/8 (0.125) acre
For weekly & Bi-Weekly services: Price increases by $5 each additional dog, and $5 each additional 1/8 (0.125) acre.
One-Time Clean ~ Paid by Time and a $35 deposit is required prior to any service.
Outdoor Refresh & Odor Control: Just a $20 Add-On!
For just $20, give your outdoor space an extra touch of freshness after we've handled the dog waste removal. This specialized treatment is designed to aid in managing residual contaminants and lingering odors, making your pet's play area more pleasant.
Once the poop is gone, we'll apply our pet-friendly solution that helps reduce common bacteria and viruses often found in pet areas, including those that can contribute to everyday pet issues. While it won't fully "disinfect" an open outdoor environment, it's a small step towards a more comfortable space for your family and furry friends.
It's a small price for a noticeable difference! When you schedule your dog waste removal service, be sure to ask about adding our Outdoor Refresh & Odor Control to your package.

Here’s what to expect:
After registering as a new client, we will provide you with an invoice for your initial cleaning / one-time service. To proceed, you must approve this estimate and submit a $35 deposit prior to scheduling your service.
Once approved, you'll receive a confirmation message with your service date. Please note that service dates and times are assigned by Scrappy Scoops based on our service route, which covers multiple areas throughout the week. Our operating hours are between 8 am and 6 pm, and your service could be scheduled anytime within that timeframe. An estimated arrival time will be provided up to one hour prior to arrival.
Upon completion of the job, you will receive an invoice for any additional time spent beyond the minimum 15 minutes, along with payment options.
If you signed up for weekly or bi-weekly services, your schedule will start next week. You will get a Welcome email with details about your subscription with Scrappy Scoops.
All Scrappy Scoops services require payment before dog waste removal begins.
